DOC area for red wine in the Italian region of . The zone includes the municipalities of Gradoli, Grotte di Castro, Latera and San Lorenzo Nuovo in the province of Viterbo. The vineyards are located on volcanic slopes on the north-western shore of Lake Bolsena. The red wine is produced from at least 95% , the remaining 15% can be other varieties. There are also , Liquroso Riserva and , made from dried grapes.
