The estate is located in the municipality Traiskirchen in the Lower Austrian wine region Thermenregion
, Viticulture is operated in continuous succession by the family since 1762. In 1909 the first became fixe this year
opened in Traiskirchen. The wine was then still served from the barrel. In 1986, the company was taken over by Dipl. Ing. Karl Alphart (graduate of the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences). After the death of his father in 2016, the family tradition of son Florian continues. The vineyards cover 25 hectares of vineyards in the municipalities Traiskirchen, Pfaffstätten and Gumpoldskirchen
at the vineyards Hausberg, Goldlacke, Rasslerin, Rodauner, Satzing, Teigelsteiner and Zistl. They are planted to 80% with the white varieties Rotgipfler, Neuburger, Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, and the red varieties Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
The flagship is the barrique-matured Rotgipfler Rodauner top selection from the finest grapes from the best vineyards. Other premium wines are Neuburger Hausberg, Grüner Veltliner Zistl, Chardonnay Reserve, the red wine cuvée aged for 18 months in Barrique (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot) and Rotgipfler Rodauner PUR. Together with the winery Fischer Christian (Sooss), the wine sparkling wine "Pinot & Pinot brut de brut" is produced (Pinot Blanc of Alphart, Pinot Noir of Fischer). Around one third of the production is sold in the Heuriger and from the farm, 20% is usually exported to the high-end gastronomy. The winery is a member of the Therme winemakers
