The wine cooperative in the municipality of Ollon in the Swiss canton Vaud
was founded in 1906. The 145 members manage a total of 48 hectares of vineyards, which are planted to 80% with white and 20% with red grape varieties. The most famous product of the house is the white wine "Le Caviste" (Chasselas), whose label, unchanged since 1925, decorates a butler with raised glass. Other premium wines are "Faveur des Muses" (selection of the best Chasselas vines), the red wine cuvées "Millepierre" (Pinot Noir and Gamay) and "Rubis Noir" (Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Garanoir and Cabernet Sauvignon), as well as the white wine. Cuvée "Blanc Fumé" (Pinot Gris, Silvaner and Chasselas) and the sweet wine "Sylvaner passerillé" (made from dried Silvaner grapes).
