, It specializes in the care and pressing of old and rare grape varieties and the distillation of apricots and grapes. The vineyards cover only 0.7 hectares of vineyards, the varieties Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Zweigelt and Blauburger, as well as the rarities Isabella
and Queen Elisabeth
are planted. A noble grape brandy is distilled from the latter variety. Another specialty is a Riesling brandy from 1929, which was bottled in 1937, kept in a closed cellar cavern until 1993 and corked again this year. A sweet dessert rosé wine is made from the Isabella variety (table wine). Apples and apricots are grown on 0.25 hectares.
