Avidan

The small boutique winery is located in Kibbutz Eyal six kilometers northeast of the city of Kfar Sava in the Sharon region of Israel, It was founded in 2000 by Shlomo and Tsina Avidan. The grape varieties Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Pinot Noir, Petite Sirah and Merlot come from different locations in the Judean Mountains. Most wines are aged in French and American oak barrels for up to 24 months as cuvées and sorted. The red wines are none filtration, Every year around 30,000 bottles of wine are produced.
