Avidan

The small boutique winery is located in Kibbutz Eyal, six kilometers northeast of the city of Kfar Sava in the Sharon region in Israel, It was founded in 2000 by Shlomo and Tsina Avidan. The Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Pinot Noir, Petite Sirah and Merlot grapes come from different locations in the Judean highlands. Most wines are aged in French and American barriques for up to 24 months as cuvées and single varieties. There is no red wine filtration, Around 30,000 bottles of wine are produced annually.
