The winery "Henri Badoux SA - Vins" is located in the municipality of Aigle in the Chablais area in the western Swiss canton Vaud
, The family business is now run by Henri Olivier Badoux in the third generation. The vineyards cover 55 hectares of vineyards in the appellations Aigle, Chardonne, Ollon, Saint Saphorin and Yvorne. Another 45 hectares of grapes are supplied by contract growers. The bottle labels of the house decorates an emerald lizard. This is also where the name "Eidechsliwy" derives from one of the most famous Swiss wines, the Chasselas cherries, which are richly fruity "Aigle Les Murailles". Other wines are marketed under the name "La Maison du Lézard" of various terroirs or appellations. These are white wines from Chasselas and Pinot Gris, as well as red wines from Gamay, Gamaret and Pinot Noir.
