Beauty of Minnesota

The white grape variety is an interspecific new breeding between Delaware x Concord. It contains genes from Vitis labrusca, Vitis aestivalis and Vitis vinifera. Incidentally, the same parents also produced the new variety Monroe. The hybrid was crossed in 1866 in the USA by the breeder J. C. Kramer. It is mainly used as table grape. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
