The winery is located in the municipality Gols
in the Burgenland wine-growing region Lake Neusiedl
(Austria). The vineyards cover ten hectares of vineyards in, for example, the vineyards Altenberg
and heathland In the communities Gols and winds. They are planted with the red varieties Blaufränkisch
and Zweigelt, and the white varieties Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, seedling 88, Riesling and Neuburger. It is consistently operated near-natural viticulture with rigorous yield restriction. The white wine grapes are rubbed and gently pressed and the must fermented temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks with pure culture yeasts. Depending on the style of the wines, the aging takes place either in steel tanks or in large wooden barrels. The red wine grapes are fermented after maceration in the mash tank. After one to four weeks of maceration, the mash is squeezed and the wine is matured in oak barrels or large oak barrels, depending on the characteristics. The premium wines include Blaufränkisch
Altenberg, Zweigelt Le Contraire, Grüner Veltliner selection and Riesling heath land.
