The estate is located in the municipality of Mülheim (Bernkastel area) in the German wine-growing region Moselle, It is managed by Günter Becker in the seventh generation of the family. A guest house is connected. The vineyards cover eight hectares of vineyards in the Schlossberg (Bernkastel) locations, Sonnenlay (Mülheim), Carlsberg in sole ownership and Kirchberg (Veldenz), Juffer ( Brauneberg ), such as Heaven and Schlossberg (Zeltingen). They are planted with 90% Riesling, as well as smaller amounts of Chardonnay, Kerner, Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. The philosophy is to keep the winegrowing skills and thus the influence as low as possible. Particular attention is paid to the optimal ripeness of the grapes and selective harvesting in several passes. Fermentation takes place using the cellar’s own yeast. Some of the wines are traditionally aged in large wood powders, as well as in stainless steel and in barriques. In weather-appropriate years, noble sweet quality wines like Trockenbeerenauslese and Eiswein vinified.
