The white wine is made from the main types Rolle ( Vermentino ) Roussanne and mayorquin or spagnol ( Damaschino ) and a maximum of 40% Clairette. Bourboulenc. Chardonnay. Pignerol and Muscat Blanc blended. Red wine and rosé are the main varieties Braquet noir, Fuella ( Fuella Nera ) and Cinsault, as well as a maximum of 40% Grenache Noir ( Garnacha Tinta ) and pressed varieties approved for white wine. Well-known producers are Château de Bellet, Château de Crémat, Domaine Clos Nicea, Domaine Clos St Vincent, Domaine de Collet de Bovis, Domaine St Jean (see picture below), Domaine de la Source, Domaine de Toasc and Domaine de Vinceline.
