, Stone trench and toe. They are 70% planted with the white varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Frühroter Veltliner
and Silvaner, and 30% with the red varieties Zweigelt, Cabernet Franc (a rarity for Lower Austria) and Blauer Portugieser. The vineyards are made according to the latest ecological Guidelines edited and maintained. The white wines are fermented under temperature control and stored in stainless steel. The red wines are aged in traditional wooden barrels. The premium wines include, for example, Grüner Veltliner Lössterrassen, Grüner Veltliner Gebling, Grüner Veltliner Zehetnerin, Chardonnay Altmandl, Riesling Terrassen and Riesling Steingraben, as well as the red wine blend "Maxim" (Zweigelt, Cabernet Franc). Fine brandies and bottle-fermented sparkling wine are also produced. Wines dating back to 1949 are stored in the vinotheque.
