Binissalem

Named after the city of the same name DO area in Mallorca, the largest island of the Balearic Islands, He was first classified in 1988 outside the Spanish mainland. The vineyards on reddish or brown limestone soils cover about 500 hectares of vineyards at 75 to 200 meters above sea level.
