The winery is located in the municipality of Bodrogkeresztúr in the Tokaj wine region of Hungary. It was founded in 1992 and is French-Hungarian owned. The vineyards cover 15 hectares of vines planted with the varieties Furmint (50%), Hárslevelű (45%) and Muscat Lunel = Muscat Blanc (5%). All typical Tokaj wine types are produced and marketed under the brand name "Château Dereszla". The winery is a member of the "Tokaj Renaissance" association.
For me, Lexicon from wein.plus is the most comprehensive and best source of information about wine currently available.
