The winery is located in the municipality German shooters
in the Austrian DAC area Eisenberg
, It is managed by Erich Körper. 85% of the red varieties Blaufränkisch
(main variety), Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and 15% of the white varieties Welschriesling and Grüner Veltliner are cultivated. A quality-increasing yield reduction is achieved by short pruning
and thin out
reached. The wines are only produced in single varieties. The white wines are bottled very early in order to keep them youthful and fresh. After classic open mash fermentation, gentle pressing and biological acid degradation, the red wines are aged partly in large wooden barrels, but also in small barriques from French Allier oak.
