, The company is run by Michael and Gabriele Bott. The vineyards cover three hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Reichestal
(Hochheim) and St. Kiliansberg (Kostheim). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling and Pinot Gris, as well as with the red varieties Pinot Noir and Merlot. It is consistently close to nature, environmentally friendly viticulture. Quality criteria are low yields from old vines and selective harvesting of almost overripe grapes. Bottle-fermented sparkling wine is also produced.
