Regional appellation in Burgundy within the area Cote Chalonnaise for red, rosé and white wines. The vineyards between Chagny and Saint-Gengoux-le-National, 40 km long and 5 to 8 km wide, cover 500 hectares of vineyards in 44 municipalities in the Saône-et-Loire department.
