The vineyards cover six hectares of vines in the six communes of Couches, Dracy-lès-Couches, Saint-Jean-de-Trézy, Saint-Maurice-lès-Couches, Saint-Pierre-de-Varennes and Saint-Sernin-du-Plain in the department of Saône-et-Loire. The red wines are made ne from Pinot Noir. See also under Bourgogne and Burgundy classification.
There is a vast number of sources on the web where one can acquire knowledge about wine. But none has the scope, timeliness and accuracy of the information in the encyclopaedia at wein.plus. I use it regularly and rely on it.
