Bouysselet

The white grape variety comes from France, Synonyms are Bouysselet de Fronton and Prunelard Blanc. According to in 2013 DNA analysis is a presumably natural cross between the Plant de Cauzette x Savagnin varieties ( Traminer ). However, this is based on only 20 DNA markers (see under molecular Genetics ). About possible relationships with the red variety Prunelard or the white variety Arrufiac (Bouisselet) nothing is known. No inventory was shown in 2010 (Statistics Kym Anderson ).
