Brothers Bart

The estate is located in the municipality of Bad Dürkheim (area Mittelhaardt-German Wine Route) in the German wine-growing region palatinate, The traditional family business was founded by Philipp Bart in 1777 and is now run by Ruth and Rolf Bart in their sixth generation. The vineyards cover ten hectares of vineyards in the individual layers fox coat, Uplifting, Michel Berg and Spielberg (Dürkheim) Herrenberg and Nußriegel (Ungstein), as well as almond garden (Wachenheim). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling (4.5 ha), Gewürztraminer, Scheurebe, Pinot Blanc Kerner, Sylvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Chardonnay and Huxelrebe, as well as with the red varieties Pinot Noir, Black Riesling, Portuguese, St. Laurent and Dunkelfelder. In weather-appropriate years also Trockenbeerenauslese and ice wines are pressed. It also produces bottle fermented sect and pomace brandy.
