The “Winzerhof Burrlein” is located in the municipality of Mainstockheim (area triangle) in the German growing region Franconia, It was founded in 1904, today it is managed by Frieder Burrlein. The vineyards cover 32 hectares of vines in the Mainstockheimer Hofstück location. Five hectares of this are cultivated by the company, and grapes are purchased from 35 winegrowers with a total of 27 hectares. 3.5 hectares of the own areas are checked after ecological Guidelines managed. The white wine types Silvaner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Kerner and Scheurebe, as well as the red wine types Domina, Dornfelder, Regent and Zweigelt are processed. The wines are marketed in four lines. These are Frank & Frei Collection, organically grown wines, Franconian classics and the top line castle portal. The white wines are fermented and expanded in stainless steel. After the maceration, the red wines mature in large wooden barrels and partly in barriques.
