Cabeceo

Spanish term for a cuvée (blend), although this is mainly used in the production of sherry or other dessert wines. Cabeceo (nodding of the head) is also the name of the traditional technique in a dance club where a man "addresses" a woman by eye contact for her willingness to dance, and at best, by nodding in agreement. Only then does the man go to the woman's table.
