Cabernet Grosso

The red grape variety originates from France. The name derives from the crimson colour of the grapes. It must not be confused with the varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gros Cabernet or Merlot, despite seemingly suggestive synonyms or morphological similarities.
