DOC area for red wine in the Italian region Apulia, The area covers 35 hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Biccari, Lucera and Troia in the province of Foggia. The idiosyncratic name is a dialect expression and means "drink and give again". It is a special process where fresh grapes are added to the already fermenting must.

The wine is from Sumarello = Nero di Troia (35-60%), Montepulciano. Malvasia Nera di Brindisi and Sangiovese (25-35%), as well as the white varieties Trebbiano Toscano. Bombino Bianco, Malvasia Bianca Malvasia Bianca di Candia and Malvasia Bianca Lunga (15-30%) blended.
