The red grape variety comes from the Ukraine, Synonyms are Adzhi Ibram Kara, Agii Ibram, Capitan Kara, Chaban Khalil Kara, Kapitan Yani Kara and Ridzhaga. The medium-maturing, high-yielding vine is prone to real mildew, It produces full-bodied red wines with soft tannins. The variety is in the Sudak region in the area Solnechnaya Dolina (sun valley) on the Crimea grown.
