DOC area for red wines, rosé wines and white wines in the Italian region of Lazio The zone includes the municipalities of Allumiere, Cerveteri, Civitavecchia, Ladispoli, Roma, Santa Marinella and Tolfa in the province of Roma, and Tarquinia in the province of Viterbo. The vineyards are located in a long hilly area in the Tolfa mountains along the Tyrrhenian coast. If the grapes come from classified vineyards, Vigna can be indicated followed by the name of the vineyard.

The Bianco is blended from Procanico (for the 50%), Malvasia Bianca di Candia (max. 35%), and other authorised varieties (max. 15%). The Rosso and Rosato wines are produced from Sangiovese and Montepulciano (60% and 25% each), Merlot (35%) and other authorised varieties (max. 15%). The white wine Trebbiano or Procanico must contain at least 85% of these varieties. A Frizzante is from Bianco and Rosato.
