single vineyard in the municipality of Bachem in the German wine-growing region of . Viewed from the opposite side, the hilltop shape of the site bears a certain resemblance to a "head". A citizen who owned this vineyard could probably have contributed to the name with his first name. The vineyards, which face west to northwest at an altitude of 120 to 180 metres above sea level, cover 19 hectares of vineyards, ten of which are planted with vines. The soils consist mainly of loess loam. One third each of Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir, as well as Portugieser, Domina, Dornfelder and Müller-Thurgau are cultivated here.
