Charles Sturt University

Important research and training institute for viticulture and oenology in Wagga Wagga (New South Wales) in Australia, The university was named after the English explorer and explorer Charles Napier Sturt (1795-1869). The first apprenticeship started in 1976. The university was then created in 1989 through the amalgamation of several institutes. One department is the "School of Wine and Food Sciences", where you can get the title of a "Bachelor of Applied Science" in viticulture or oenology can be acquired. In 1997 the "Wine and Grape Industry Center" was established at the university, where research projects for the optimization of wine industry processes are carried out and services are offered.
