Charles Sturt University

Important research and training institute for viticulture and enology in Wagga Wagga (New South Wales) in Australia, The university was named after the English explorer and explorer Charles Napier Sturt (1795-1869). A first teaching operation was started in 1976. The university was created in 1989 through the merger of several institutes. One department is the "School of Wine and Food Sciences", in which one obtains the title of a "Bachelor of Applied Science" in viticulture or oenology can be purchased. In 1997, the University established the Wine and Grape Industry Center, which conducts research projects to optimize wine industry practices and offer services.
