Château Broustet

The winery is located in the municipality of Barsac in the area Sauterne (Bordeaux). Since 1885 it belonged to the family Fournier, since 1994 it is owned by Didier Laulan. In the Bordeaux Classification in 1855 it was classified as "Deuxième Cru Classé". The vineyards cover 16 hectares and are planted with Sémillon (63%), Sauvignon Blanc (25%) and Muscadelle (12%). The storable sweet wine matures for 20 months in some new oak barrels. The second wine is called "Château de Ségur".
