It was in 1968 by the INRA bought by the families Gasqueton and Hanappier to pursue wine-growing research. The vineyards cover 14 hectares of vineyards, of which ten hectares with the Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (40%), Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, and four hectares with Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.
