Professor Dr. Hans-Jörg Koch (* 1931) worked full-time as a judge and in ministries. He has been researching and writing for over 50 years with the diverse aspects of the world of wine. Hieronimi as well as Gerhard Becker, Klaus Dunkel, Dr. Hans Eichele, Wolfgang Haupt, Gerald Herrbruck and Dr. The "Weinrecht Commentary" created by Thomas Koch was published for the fourth time in 2008 by the German specialist publishing house (Frankfurt / Main) for the last time in printed form. The work contains the complete legal texts of the applicable EU wine law with all EU regulations and guidelines, as well as German wine law and all federal states.
