The estate is located in the municipality of Illmitz in the Burgenland wine-growing region Lake Neusiedl
(Austria). The company is managed by Christian Tschida. It produces 60% red wines and 40% white wines. The vineyards are on average over 35 years old. It is basically a spontaneous fermentation
partly lasting up to two years. The wines are matured in many different containers such as glass balloons, stainless steel tanks, large wooden barrels and barrels. The premium wines include the white wine "Laissez-Faire" and the red wine "Domkapitel". It also produces brandies, vinegar, grape juice and jam. The winery is a member of the association Club Bâtonnage.
