The white grape variety (also Pirovano 60) is a new breed between Bicane x Pirovano 19 (Regina = Afus Ali x Terre Promise Blanche logo CNRS logo INIST Neheleschol ). In the breeding list was mistakenly Piovano 17 x Pirovano 15 indicated. The crossing took place in 1912 at the research center in Rome by the Italian breeder Alberto Pirovano (1884-1973). The variety was used for the new breeding Impero. Ciclopica is mainly called table grape used. No stocks were reported in 2010 (Kym Anderson ).
