Cinsaut Bouschet

The red grape variety is a new cross between Petit Bouschet x Cincaut (Cinsaut). The cross was made in the middle of the 19th century by the French breeder Henri Bouschet (1815-1881). However, the variety is no longer important; no stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
