DOC area for red wines, rosé wines and white wines in the Italian region of Lazio The zone includes the municipalities of Latina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo and Terracina in the province of Latina. The Bianco (also known as Spumante) is blended from Trebbiano Toscano (to 55%), Chardonnay (max. 30%), Malvasia del Lazio (max. 30%), as well as other approved varieties (max. 15%).

The Rosso (also known as Novello) and Rosato wines are produced from Merlot (max. 55%), Sangiovese (max. 30%), Cabernet Sauvignon (max. 30%) and other authorised varieties (max. 15%). Both are also available as Riserva. The pure wines must contain at least 85% of the respective variety. These are the white wine Trebbiano (Trebbiano Toscano) and the two red wines Merlot and Sangiovese. A Frizzante there are from Bianco, Rosso and Rosato.
