(Longuich) and Zellerberg (Mehring). They are exclusively planted with Riesling, which is partly planted rootless. After an extremely selective harvest, a spontaneous fermentation takes place with Graubünden's natural yeasts. The aging takes place in traditional wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks with long yeast storage. Around 85% of the wines are vinified dry and fine dry.
