cococciola

The white grape variety comes from Italy, Synonyms are cacciola and cocacciara. The medium to late ripening, productive vine produces fruity, acidic white wines with herbal aromas and aging potential. It is mainly found in the regions Abruzzo (Chieti Province) and Apulia cultured. It is also called table grape used. The acreage in 2010 was 983 hectares.
