The white grape variety (also Geilweilerhof 35-26-139, Komtesa) is one new breed unknown ancestry. According to one published in 2012 DNA analysis the information entered in the breeding list "( Madeleine Angevine x red Traminer ) F2 ”was found to be wrong. In any case, it was Riesling involved, but not directly as a mother or father variety. The crossing took place on Geilweilerhof in Siebeldingen-Pfalz by the breeder Peter Morio (1887-1960), Bernhard Husfeld (1900-1970) and Gerhardt Erich Alleweldt (1927-2005). No stocks were shown in 2010 (Kym Anderson ).
