The cooperative winery is located in the municipality of Aceuchal (Badajoz province) in the DO Ribera del Guadiana in the Spanish region of Extremadura. It was founded in 1976 and is one of the largest in the region. The storage capacity is 46 million litres of wine. The managing director is Juan Manuel Gonzáles Gómez, the cellar master is Martín Durán. The more than 700 members cultivate vineyards in the subarea Tierra de Barros. The white wine varieties Pardina, Cayetana Blanca, Macabeo, Montúa, Alarije and Eva, as well as the red wine varieties Tempranillo, Robe, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah are cultivated. From this a wide range of red, rosé and white wines are produced.
