Coteaux de l'Aubance

The small appellation is located as an enclave within the area Anjou in the winegrowing region Loire, It is named after the small river Aubance, on whose slate-covered slopes lie the vineyards. The lovely white wine is made from fully ripe grapes, which are harvested in several readings. In small quantities, sweet wines are produced from noble rot berries. Well-known producers are Domaine de Bablut, Domaine Victor Lebreton and Domaine des Rochelles.
