French Grand Cru community in Champagne in the Côte de Blancs sub-region (see also Échelle des crus). The vineyards cover 320 hectares and are planted 100% with the Chardonnay variety. The Champagnes are considered to be particularly typical and pure. Instead of Blanc de blancs, "Blanc de cramant" is also used here. One of the many synonyms for Chardonnay is "Pinot Blanc à Cramant".
