Abbreviation for the Champagne co-operative "Centre Vinicole - Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte"; see under Nicolas Feuillatte.

The champagne house was founded in 1976 by the Feuillatte brothers, who had made their money as beverage traders and coffee importers. They acquired a 12-hectare vineyard in Bouleuse near Reims, and the first brand created was "Brut Réserve Particulière".
