CWD

The wholesale company "CWD Champagner- und Wein-Distributionsgesellschaft m.b.H." was founded in 1986. Wines from renowned producers are distributed exclusively to the upscale gastronomy (5,000 restaurants and hotels in the star premium segment) and the classic wine retail trade. The portfolio comprises around 1,000 wines, as well as champagne, sparkling wine and spirits from all over the world. Among others, exclusive contracts exist with top wine producers all over the world, such as Domaines Barons de Rothschild S.A. (including Château Lafite-Rothschild), Ruffino, Vajra, Black Stallion Estate Winery and Marqués de Murrieta. The company is owned by the German wine trading group Hawesko Holding AG.
