The American wine critic
and wine author Stephen Tanzer has been the editor and editor-in-chief of the bimonthly magazine "International Wine Cellar" since 1985. It appears in all 50 states, as well as in over 30 other countries, and was the first US wine magazine to be translated into French and Japanese. There is also a website of the same name with a wine search database. In 2006 Tanzer published "The Wine Access Buyer's Guide" wine guide
of the best wines and producers worldwide. His often critical opinion is of particular importance on the US wine market. The wine review

Every year over 10,000 wines from the most important wine-growing countries are tasted. The tasting team includes Ian D'Agata, Josh Raynolds and Joel B. Payne. A regular column appears in the "Food & Wine Magazine". He is also the author of the 1998 and 1999 editions of Food and Wine Magazine's Official Wine Guide. and Stephen Tanzer announced that their 180,000 wine ratings will be merged and operated together on Galloni's Vinous internet platform with the aim of creating a global multimedia wine platform.
