The Armagnac House "Francis Darroze SA" in Roquefort was founded in 1973 by Francis Darroze. There are basically no blends, neither of vintages, nor of layers or barrels, every single barrel is bottled uncut. Thus, in principle, there are only vintage Armagnacs. As a further special feature, the aging is extended as long as the mature Armagnac
are ready to drink without the addition of water. The procedure, which is unusual in the Armagnac area, results in a great variety of products with the domain and the date of filling on the label.
