Decanter Machine

Technical device for the very slow decanting or pouring wine with the purpose, not that depot disturbing. The bottle is clamped into the machine with the opening diagonally upwards and the bottle neck is slowly and continuously moved downwards using a hand crank until it flows out. Certain wines such as port wine develop an extremely fine deposit that is barely recognizable. When pouring, a light source is positioned exactly behind the bottle shoulder to detect the appearance of the depot, which is presented as a black line. When the first traces become visible, the pouring is stopped.
