The means bottle fermentation Bianco Spumante di Qualità , Rosso Spumante di Qualità and Rosato Spumante di Qualità are produced in any use of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Moscato, Falanghina, Fiano, Malvasia and Montepulciano (50%), as well as other approved varieties (max . 50%). All white wines also have a pure Spumante di Qualità. A single variety Passito is produced from Falanghina and Moscato Bianco.
