The Cognac House was founded in 1824 and is still family owned. It will be exclusive cognacs
Made in the area of Grande Champagne. The grapes are carefully read and the young distillates stored in fundamentally older barrels. A special feature of the house is that, in principle, only distillates of the same vintage are used in assembling the final products. This is followed by a second, two-year storage in barrels. The four qualities "Pale & Dry" (well above VSOP class), "Vesper", "Très Vénérable" and the top product "Réserve de la Famille" (no blend, comes from a barrel) are produced. The first three have an alcohol content of 40% vol, the latter 43% vol.
