, They are planted with the white varieties Riesling (80%), Müller-Thurgau and Kerner, as well as with the red varieties Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. It becomes natural, environmentally friendly viticulture with, for example, doing without insecticides
and practiced exclusive fertilization with pomace and compost. The Rieslings are mainly fermented chilled in stainless steel tanks with the help of pure yeast. The Pinot Noir is also aged in barriques.
