Colloquial term (also discounter wine, supermarket wine, industrial wine) for wines that are usually produced in very large quantities and often have a low price level. They are specifically produced by large producers exclusively for supermarkets and large retail chains or discounters, often with their own brand names for certain consumer groups, and marketed under the special label of the houses.
