The winery is located in Znojmo (Znojmo) in the Czech Republic. It is managed by Peter Nejedlik. The vineyards cover 15 hectares in the Podyjí National Park. They are planted with the white wine varieties Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Gewürztraminer, Müller-Thurgau and Muscat Blanc, as well as the red wine variety Pinot Noir. The vineyards are cultivated according to the rules of biodynamic viticulture. This includes a cover crop with nettles and horsetail herb as well as fertilisation with organic manure (horse and cow dung). The grapes, which are reduced in different ways depending on the type of wine (maximum 45 to 35 hl/ha), are harvested by hand. The product range includes the Premium Wine, Pinot Noir and Natural Wine or Orange Wine lines. The wines are fermented spontaneously with the vineyard's own yeasts in a long maceration. Sulphur and other additives are largely avoided. The wines mature for a long time in new barriques or in Georgian 1,000-litre kevris (clay vessels). They are bottled without filtration.
